HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE ! Are you ready for 2012 ?! You can't say NOT YET because it's already 2012 ! Here I wanna do a reminiscences of my 2011. Oh well I did it every year, but I think I experienced and learnt new things the most in 2011.

So what was I doing during the New Year last year ? Hell yea, was having my last dinner with my family at The Ship before I go for national service at Kem Putra Sentosa in Sarawak. SARAWAK !!?! That's very far you know :'( And I didnt know why was my mom willing to part with me D: D: D: Not until ... ...

January
Not until I reached Sarawak after an hour flight, called back to report that I've reached safely, and I heard my mom was crying from the other side :'( And when I reached my camp, family members started to call again, asking abt the environment, the foods, and did I make any new friends... ...

But if you want me to conclude these 70 days in a sentence, I would say that "I'm glad that my mom forced me to attend national service to experience new things,

(for example...)

meet new people from different regions in Malaysia,

(for example... ... :D)

and be INDEPENDENT. "

Meeting this bunch of great friends is the biggest gift from God in 2011. Just so you know when you're assigned to a new environment without family and buddies, these are the people who you can rely on. When you're in hot water, when you're facing problems, they are all who can help.

Besides, I've joined so many dancing activities in the camp. Most importantly I had the chance to perform in front of dato datin and people from another camp (I SAW ALEXANDRIA & JOEH MENG FROM THE STAGE!!). Imagine, 800 people in front of me, I've major stage fright you've to know. Then, I WAS IN THE NEWSPAPER THE NEXT DAY ! Nyehehehe :3

February
It was CNY and they allowed us for 4days break from national service's life. I remember I had really sweet and comfy slumber during the 3 nights in my own room.

March
It was a very happening month indeed !

Joined a beauty contest for the very first time in my life. HAHAHAHWTH beauty contest!? People in camp nominated me one okay :( :(

Dancing alone in front of the judges and camp commander. D: D: The courage I did this was gone I guess .___.

Then my NS life ended. Came back with much contradictory feel. I wanted to leave the full-of-mosquitoes-camp and I dont wanna wash the clothes on my own anymore :P But I didnt wanna separate with my NS buddies as well :'( I cried and hugged a lot on that day. That kind of cry was the same as the cry when I leave my home for NS. lolwth. Anyway, life's like this !

Few days later I had my very first OPERATION in my life. I was being pushed out on a bed by nurses from the operation room. I CRIED SO HARD , it was as hard as the cry when I left NS camp. HAHAHA. But I cried because of the pain. I'm feeling so lucky that the operation was safe, and I'm so so fine right now :D

And then, SPM RESULTS DAY ! Again, I cried when headmistress announced my name in the straight A's student list, but this time not as hard as the cry when I left NS camp. Was so grateful to Mr Wong, Ms Pakia, Mr Deva and those buddies who fought hard together with me before SPM.

After that, my college life has started.
I always wanted to get into college life when I was studying in high school. Why ? 'cause I can wear anything I like to college MUAHAHAHA !

Joining MCKL is the most right choice I've made. It's really an awesome college !!! Small yet lovely. Everyone is so friendly and so are the lecturers !

First smart phone in my life ! Baby HTC :3
Mommy bought it as a reward for me for getting straight A's in SPM. And it costs my mom for almost 2k. Oh well, I promise, I will use it for at least 3 years !
July
A new addition to our family! Eldest sis gave birth to a baby girl and she's officially a mommy, I'm officially an aunty now !

First family trip after 8 years ! The last time we went traveling was in 2002, we went to Korea that time :) Since daddy is a busy businessman, we rarely go to travel now. Fortunately Independent Day in 2011 was during Hari Raya and finally my daddy could take a one week holiday and brought all of us to Taiwan ! Yay :D

There suppose to be another trip to Perth during CNY in 2012, unfortunately... ... My EdExcel Exam falls on CNY, so, it called off :( *long sighhh*

I have a beautiful shelf in my room specially designed by a designer just for those small trophies I got from kindergarten until now but you cant spot one medal on the shelf. OH well, because Im not good in sports. Medals are usually for running competition or things like that.

YET, I GOT MY FIRST MEDAL IN MY LIFE IN 2011 !!!

During the Sri Garden Charity Run !!! The one and only marathon I joined in 2011.
That is Andrew Lew. Thanks him for accompanying me all the way from starting till the end point. puhhhhhhhh.

November
First reward from NuffNang during my birthday - 4 TGV cinemas tickets for any movies. Muahahaha, I want to get a cheque from them by 2012 ! Heeeeeee :)

Went for the second photo-shooting in my life. Has been invited by my friend for modeling for Christmas Theme in i-City. It was my first time been there, SO BEAUTIFUL ! Special thanks to Jonathan for fetching me there and back. And thanks a million for the awesome photographers for inviting. I love the outcome ;)

How was your Christmas Eve ? Well, for me, there was no surprise every year because it must be either dinner at The Ship or go to Genting Highlands with family, BUT, it's slightly different this year, and merrier indeed. Hence it urged me to blog about it :D

Eileen's Sweet 18th

22th of November
IT'S EILEEN BIRTHDAY ! During Gala Night, Eva has been discussing with us abt the surprise birthday celebration on that day AT 6AM ! YESSSSS, 6AM NO TYPO ! That was very EARLY I know right. Was actually worrying myself couldnt wake up but somehow I MADE IT, so did Jonathan the sleeping beauty. He woke up earlier than any of us. Haha!

Since that was too early so Eva made it at 6.30am.

[6.25am]

Took my breakfast in my car as usual. Picked up Jon from mamak and headed to Eileen's place. Saw so many people were waiting outside her house already ! They were Samuel, Mike, John Ng, Jingen, Khai Hoong, Jun Shern. Of course, including Jon, Ennie & I :-)

We sneaked into her house surreptitiously like a gang of robbers, waiting her appearance beside the staircase. *pin-dropped silence* As Eileen was extra-slow-motion on that day, Jon & I even sat down on the floor and started to battle the Tetris game in our phone.

Ennie carried the cake for like more than 10 mins and finally, THE PRINCESS CAME DOWN !!!!!!! She put her bag on the dining chair, without realizing we were approaching her back, and all of us sang "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" song to her OUT OF A SUDDEN and she was so so so SHOCKED that I CANT EVEN DESCRIBE HER EXPRESSION HERE ! Hahaha :D *Now I know the feeling of preparing a surprise birthday celebration for friends. They did it for me last year, and I was so so so shocked & embarrassed with my messy hair at home & crumpled shirt.*

The very first time I went shopping in Pavilion and carried so many plastic bags after that.

4 books from Times (two for bro), a file (for myself) & a earphone (for my bro) from Daiso Japan, 2 clothes from PADINI (for Eileen), BEATS earphone (for Jonathan), the remaining *to be revealed soon*

Phone beeping non stop and I saw 10 notifications from Facebook all at once which were people posting in Kem Putra Sentosa (the camp of my National Service). So I went to have a look. And I received the sad news :( :'(

My ex-cikgu in KPS has passed away due to heart attack. Was so surprised and felt so sorry when I get to know that. Things happened beyond our expectations anytime, so do appreciate every single thing/ people around you. :(

This was the only photo I took with him in KPS during the Kumang Night.
Rest in peace, Cikgu Alias. We'll always miss you :'(

My Blast 18th :) ♥

I'M BACK YO ! Uhmmm, HI :D Gaushh, after abandoning my blog for like 2 months, finally I'm here toupdate it, and I could barely blog smoothly. Hit the [backspace] on my keyboard for SO MANY TIMES ! That's fine. Yea, and where are the Taiwan Trip Day 4 , Day 5, Day 6 & Day 7 blog post ? HaaaaaHaaaaaHaaaaa oh well let bygone be bygone, look ahead and start afresh ! lol :P

It's finally one of my favourite month of the year! Why ? It's because..... Holidays are getting nearer! Uhmmm, well, the most important thing is - MY BIRTHDAY ! :D
On my birthday, many people were asking "Hey how did you celebrate your birthday?" It was really awkward because according to my family's tradition, we celebrate birthday according to our lunar birth date. So my "chinese-birthday" fell on two weeks before 10/11 (my english-birthday). So when they asked that, I'll be like start telling abt family's tradition thing. Alright let's see what happened on that my day !

And I love to rub the red colour ink on my palm as I can only do it once in a year.

Each of us can have one spoon from each level. The waitress told us to eat from right to left as in from sweet to sour to spicy. So special !

✈ Taiwan - Touch My Heart [Day 3]

It was a pretty day ! We started our day by visiting a shop selling Ganoderma Lucidum (灵芝) and Queen Bee Honey (蜂王蜜). Heard the speech talking about the benefits of ganoderma lucidum and queen bee honey for like half an hour, and none of us from the group bought that. Then, we headed to Peacock Garden.
Basically we just paid the peacocks a visit, A VISIT, nothing special as it was drizzle weather, so the workers didnt let the peacocks out of the cages and run on the big field.

Second stop : Sun Moon Lake's Wen Wu Temple 日月潭文武庙
It is a large and imposing structure with three separate halls. There are 366 steps covering the 150meters distance, symbolizing the 366days in a year (including an extra day in leap year)

On the second floor it is a shrine devoted to the First Ancestor Kaiji and the God of Literature; Central hall is devoted to Guan Gong, the God of War and the warrior-god Yue Fei; And lastly, the rear hall is dedicated to Confucius.

In 1992, when earthquake struck .

There are also wind chimes along the steps, which are used by visitors to ask for blessings. Their function is somewhat like that of a wishing well.
The visitors have to write their names and wishes, and go to the top of THE YEAR OF STEPS to ring the chimes, and finally go down the steps and hang the chimes beside those steps that represent their birthday (symbolizing the completion of their efforts) .

So I did a divination from Confucius.

I asked Him about my future and I got a good insight.

It made my day ! :D

✈ Taiwan - Touch My Heart [Day 2]

Woke up by tremendous morning calls. Sister switched on the television and almost all channels were news reporting about Typhoon. Oh nooo, it made a lil changes on our schedule then.

First destination - YehLiu Geopark
Due to the Typhoon, we couldnt enter the park but just standing somewhere near the shore to enjoy the strong yet cooling wind, pretty scenery with the sounds of the waves hitting the rocks.

As it was Typhoon season, so the wind was strong.
Look at our hair ! Haha :D

While we were heading to Jiu Fen Old Street, tour guide was telling us about the girls selling areca-nut / 槟榔 in Taiwan, how the way they wore last time which was like only some cloths covering the important parts of their body ; and NOW rarely could see them wearing so little as they'll either get fined or get caught. So 小汤 told the bus driver to stop by a areca-nut stall and called the girl up to our bus. ALL WERE STUNNED !

HAHA! Few of us grabbed the chance to take photo with the sexayyy lady!

✈ Taiwan - Touch My Heart [Day 1]

Finally I've got time for this ! Qualifying Test after holidays, so I studied HARD right after I came back from Taiwan. Now it has ended yay ! Here come my family trip to Taiwan :D

Okay I'll try my best to flashback... ... We took Silk Air to Singapore (an hour journey) , and then Singapore Airlines to Taiwan (4 hours journey). Gaushhh it was a hard time as everything was in the midnight, and I cant really sleep with sitting position .__. Somehow it was exciting ! The feeling of couldnt wait to reach Taiwan as soon as possible :D

Oh ya it was my first time in Changi International Airport, Singapore. The airport is so HUGE, it took us few minutes to walk to the 20th terminal (last terminal) and I guess the government is aware of this so they added leg massager at every terminal. Also, computers everywhere with free internet access :D ( The only thing which excited me as my phone doesnt have roaming, so it was like losing contact to all my friends! ) So I bumped into one of the computer... ... FACEBOOK, TWITTER !

Was being brought to a new world by JiaShen few days ago - Twitter ! Yay, I'm on Twitter now, FOLLOW ME :)

Yea now I find it really interesting. So this morning I saw a tweet from NuffNang about the Blog Day 2011.

You know righttt curiosity kills. So I clicked on the link and this is what I've found out about Blog Day !

Definition of Blog Day - " Blog Day was created with the belief that bloggers should have one day dedicated to getting to know other bloggers from other countries and areas of interest. On Blog Day, bloggers will post a recommendation of 6 new blogs, and this way, everyone will find themselves discovering new, previously unknown blogs. "

And yea, NuffNang is proud to be celebrating the 6th Blog Day on 31st of August , which is also Malaysia's Independent Day :D

So here comes the six blogs which interest me the most, some of the bloggers are from foreign countries, some are of my lovely country - Malaysia ! :)

#1. Inhae's My Milk Toof

If you ever find yourself for mentioning "OHMYGOD SO CUTEEEEE !" for infinite times whenever you see some tiny little stuff which made you scream and smile just because ... ... THEY LOOK CUTE !! Yea, you'll probably fall for "The Adventures of 2 Milk Toof named ickle & Lardee " brought to you by Inhae Lee.

Sounds like Korean's name ?

Yea she was borned in Korea, but moved to United States at 16. The idea for the blog came after researching the term "milk tooth" that she heard in a movie. Her original plan was to design a resin toy to sell. Yet, upon her boyfriend's suggestion, she started it by with a blog by developing stories around the characters using the DSLR camera that her boyfriend got for her for her birthday.

The stories of ickle and Lardee are based on her two lovely nieces, Jamie & Chloe. Also, some inspirations come from her childhood, comic like "Peanuts" or "Calvin & Hobbes", and her boyfriend who is a story artist in Pixar.

The little tooth characters are made out of polymer clay and painted with acrylics. She has five or more models of both ickle and Lardee, each with different expressions !

#2. Leng Yein - One of the Miss Malaysia Finalist
She's from Bangsar, KL. She often blogs about her stories, lessons in life that she has learnt which are very inspiring, the places she has been traveling, etc...

"I am not a flashy socialite nor princess bling bling so you will probably just see me selling nasi lemak n roti canai in my mamak. I never waste her time & chances as my life had never been easy on me."

Yes she runs business in fashion. She owns a boutique, fashion accessories shop, nail & beauty salon, tattoo parlor, a magazine & a mamak - TAJ CORNER RESTAURANT (opposite to Steven's Corner, Setapak)

I remember I was viewing a photographer's album and then I find her so stunning and pretty ! Till then, I found out her page in Facebook and got to know that she was one of the Miss Malaysia Finalist. I saw one of her quotes in her page which is " Im not beautiful. Im a plastic beauty." Yepp she did a plastic surgery, of course, she did it after becoming one of the finalist.

Former Miss Malaysia finalist Leng Yein thinks nothing about going under the knife as long as it enhances her look. And she says she may have a fake face and fake boobs but "I have a real personality".

She has made an album about Plastic Surgery Journey in Korea in her fans page. If you're interested, you can just click the underlined link. Well, before viewing all the photos, you should read the caption of the album first. Everyone has different points of view. Well, I am kinda salute her, in some ways, she's so daring and REAL. Unlike some of the artist who don't admit that she/he had undergo plastic surgery.

( A surgery trip with more than 20 peoples involved in.)

#3. Daniel's KlaupaRaw!
He's from Kuantan, Pahang. He comes to Methodist College in Bricksfield to study A-levels. Apparently, HE
IS ONE OF MY AWESOME CLASSMATES. But, why him ? He is just an ordinary guy who loves to eat so much! After viewing his blog, I realized I was wrong. So wrong. He isn't an ordinary guy who admits to the whole world that he loves to eat, yet, he is creative and real good in artworks. I can say, SPLENDID artworks !

HAHA ! Just found this artwork from his blog which suits what I wanna tell now.

He does his blog by drawing the photos using Paint. People always say "Let the pictures do the talking." Yea his artworks did it ! Although he seldom blogs, ONCE HE BLOGS, the post is definitely gonna triggers the awesomeness-gland in your brain which then will make you shouting " OH MY GOD THIS IS SO AWESOME ! HE IS SO AWESOME ! AWESOMEEEE ! " - This is him ! :)

I remember the first post I saw when I first clicked into his blog was about "Pictures of Songs".And that post kept me reading his blog until the very first post when he just became a blogger. The funniest introduction of one's blog ever !

She's the most famous blogger in Singapore. She's 26 years old with a status of celebrity in S'pore. Her website even has been added to the National Library Board's list of blogs for archival.

What's even greater, her blog was awarded the title of "Best Asian Blog" and today it drives an envious traffic of more than 20 000 daily visitors !

Throughout her blog, she never hides the fact that she's using photoshop to edit her own picture. Xiaxue later implemented on herself by the means of plastic surgery, including nose job and eyelid lift surgery.

#5. Jane Lau - get CHUCKed.
The most famous blogger among my friends. If you want to dress yourself up-to-fashion, or you would wanna learn some simple yet awesome make up, or you need some advices on how to keep beautiful skin, etc... ... You really gotta bump into her blog.

She's a 19 years old girl from Kuala Lumpurrr. She often blogs about her life, advertorials on make up, facts of female, nails, hair make, photoshoots, etc... ... Most of the people think that she looks like Angelababy. Well so do I :) She earns big bucks by blogging, modelling, etc. She bought herself a Mazda by using her own savings !! Envy much :(

#6. Jiawen @ Carmen - Rhythms and Bluez of Her Life
And yeaaaa here comes another awesome classmate of mine ! She's from Kuala Lumpurrrr, again ! :D She loves to sing and dance, her singing can really melts your heart to the intricacy of words ! Not only that, she is a genius who just scored an average GPA of 4 (full marks!) in her previous A-levels monthly exam.

Also, she loves photography !

There was a Wedding Photography done by her in Facebook album & blogpost.
She often blogs about her college life, FOOD REVIEWS, movie reviews, beauty reviews which interest me a lot ! I love the way she blogs, I've learned many things from her.

Empire Shopping Gallery

Went to college for captain ball's training yesterday. Woke up late and straight flied out of my house at 8.30am, skipping my breakfast as JiaWen's sentence kept spinning in my brain "9am sharp! No Malaysian timing. No Malaysian timing. No Malaysian timing. No Malaysian timing" So I drove as fast as I could and fortunately, I reached by 9am sharp. And none of them reach yet. lol ! I felt relieved then.

I am not a punctual person actually. So whenever I am late, while I'm on the way to the place, I will be start thinking, imagining what will happen when I reach, will I get scold ? Will they angry me ? Or what even worse than that.. Heh.
If I am not the last and only one who're late, then I will feel relieved and sort of feel like jumping around with excitement and waiting for the last one to come.
If I am late, yet, I am the first one who reach... ...
Yea, I start seeing fireworks everywhere. lol !

Back to the topic. Ended the training by playing Badminton with Han Chung & Mr. Bra. Meet up with JuC after that. Went to Empire Shopping Gallery at SUBANG !
MYGOD the GPS is awesome, fawesome, zawesome ! And it has been a while we didnt go for shoppingggggg.

OMG THE HARMEE IS SO DAMN YUMMYLICIOUS. I was considering to take away one for my aunt ! But it takes an hour for me to back to my home and by the time I reach home it wouldnt taste nice. So I decided to bring her over there next time. HAHA.

I can't forget the moment JuC had one bite on the chocolate macaroons, with some enjoy expression, and said : AMAZING !! Hahaha ! Well that was the first time I eat that too. It can really melts your tongue, then you'll feel like you're in the heaven. LOL. I remember seeing one of my college's mate uploading those macaroons photo, so tempting ! And I've the chance to try it out yesterday, like FINALLY !! :D

After having meal, we shopped for a while. The clothes there are so NICE, but... ... ...EXPENSIVE ! -______- I was so happy seeing one pretty shirt, grabbed it up and putted it on my body in front of the mirror, screamed to JuC "It's so nice! Does it look nice on me ?" Then JuC said : Look at the price tag see how much first...
Then, I put the shirt back and leave that shop straight away! WAS LIKE DAYLIGHT ROBBERY you know :'( How I hope I start earning money already :( Then I can buy whatever I like :(

Also, shopped in Cotton On. At least something I can afford. Haha! Trying my best to get one low heels for college since they're so cheap, but none of them look nice on me :(((

Family Day - Shopping Time !

Ohai ! Here I am for last Sunday post.

Have been very busy this week for monthly test - Chemistry, Biology and Physics. Thanks God it's overrrrr. *take a deep breath.

Last Sunday was Family Day as like what I've mentioned in my previous post. And, I skipped Cheer 2011, I lost the chance to meet with my Boyfriend - Jeremy Teo. (thought of collecting the photo with him every year). I knew lahhhhh some of them posted up the photo with him and set as profile picture in FB to show offffff. :(( I've it too, it was last year one though.

But who cares.
No one can get what I've got from him.
That was really sweet. ♥

Nyehehe. Back to the topic. Went to shopping to hunt for luggages and sport shoes. Daddy has got me a Royal Blue luggage from Pierre Cardin.
Papa mama know me so well, they know I like pink. They gave me a pink bedroom (if you remember I did upload a photo of my lovely pink bedroom) and most of the clothes in my wardrobe are PINK ! Also, my blog layout :) So they tried to get me a pink luggage but they dont have pink colour for this design :( So I just got this, but I still like it :)

Besides, Papa also bought me a Nike shoes ! This time it is in PINK ♥♥♥ :P

ahh well it was my first Nike shoes in my 17 years of lifeeeeee and so the first day I wore it to college, I felt like I was doing a catwalk show for Nike shoes instead, walked to every corner in college with confidence. HAHA kidding :PAnd yesssh ONE MONTH PASSED ! It is my baby niece full moon today ! Nyehehehehe.

My sister & her hubby got her a pretty name - Shin Ee.

Can't wait for her to stay at my house ! Wheeee I'm gonna crap a lot of Biology stuff to her so that she can become a smartie in the future *wink wink*

Parents Lecturer Conference

Helllllo. Just back from Lyvier's B'day Party !

It was awesome. I'm full, my tummy is huge, I can't sleep. So let me blog about yesterday.

Yes the title said it ! It was Parents Lecturer Conference yesterday. Funny how it's college already but still need papa mama go to college to get progression book and talk to the lecturers. No lahhh I think it's good to do so, so that the parents would know splendidly how well/not-so-well is their boy/girl doing in the course. The conference started at 12.30pm and mommy came at around 12.45pm. While waiting for our turn, I started to show mom which of them are my Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Maths lecturer respectively.

The first lecturer we approached was Mr Tee. ahh basically he didnt say much. He just said something like the syllabus is easy for first two units as they are what I've learned during SPM time, yet, the coming syllabus are getting tougher as all are new things to me. He advised me to keep in phase and work harder because this is the time where people start pick up some bad habits and the result will be getting worse.

Hahaha ! Kidding :P
I just try not to make my blog looks bored with so MANY WORDS at once.

Mommy spoke a lot during this session because she can use Chinese to communicate with her as my mom's cant speak English fluently * somehow she still made it to this conference to listen to my progression. how awesome :') * My mom praised me a lot. " She's very hardworking ! She always hide inside her room and study, study, study! " *... ... ...*
And lastly... ... ... Ms Chia ! "Do you understand ? NO." - her favourite quote. She was surprised I could get 90+ for C2 but 60+ for C1 as C1 happened to be easier. We talked a lot. About my future planning, study medicine, try my best to get rid of B and C in my result. I kept smiling and said "Yea, Im working hard for it."
Got 3.5 for my average GPA. I'm satisfy with it but of course, I hope for better one, working hard to get FLAT 4 like what Jiawen got :))

Last but not least, I also talked with a... ... ...officer or maybe lecturer (didnt see her before.___.) while I was waiting my turn in the hall. She had a look with my result, asking what course I'm pursuing after this. I said Medicine, maybe IMU or go to India. She gave me TONNES of advices which is really really helpful for me. She ended the conversation by " I dont wanna sound sexy but if you really want to become doctor, it's hard for you to build up your own family and you'll have no time for it. So all these things must be in your consideration when you're choosing the course after A-levels. Medicine isn't easy, it's not something like you listen to what the lecturer talk and you understand then sit for the exam. You have to keep on studying. Maybe you can choose some other related courses like Pharmacy, Dentistry and etc. "

*sighhhh* I hate to make decision. I'm always indecisive :( You know, it's like the poem "The Road Not Taken" by Robert Frost. I dont want to regret on my choice, but how ? :((

Oh ya. I quit It Girl last last last week. What a FINALLY ! Was like living in a total-imaginary-world which was a total opposite of REAL LIFE. Things which attracted me are what we, girls usually dream of. You know, like shopping shopping shopping, attending party/ball and so on so forth.

But it was really TOTALLY OPPOSITE SIDE of REAL LIFE. Why ?
In real life, the lesser you wear, the hotter you are ; In It Girl, the more you wear, the higher your hotness.

See, I have to wear a top with jacket, a skirt with leggings, socks, scarf, spec, bag, heels, earrings, bracelet... ... ... Then my hotness will boast up.

And when you were attending a party or walking on the street, some guys will flirt with you. When he is flirting with you, and you flirt back. Then you're coupling with him already ! In real life, when a random guy flirt with you randomly, you don't give a damn and just walk away. Who the hell will simply flirt back and simply in a relationship with a stranger on the street =__=

Downloaded an apps named Words of Jesus. No idea why I will download it but it's good. I learned a lot from that apps. It will pop out a new verse each day so I'll learn one new thing each day.

Monday - Science Club.

Flying Tea Bag Experiment.

Firstly, you need to cut open the tea bag and pour out the tea leaves (i know it's kinda ~~wasting~~).

Then put it on an aluminium foil and just BURN IT.

Anyway we realized that not every tea bag works. So this was what it turned out when JennWing was trying to do it.

Fyi, it works for tea BOH :)

As for Bouncy Eggs' Experiment.
We need to soaked the eggs with vinegar for TWO DAYS.
Then you'll start seeing some blood-like things floating/sticking on the eggshells.

Two days later , results !

Tuesday - PreU Society (write something good/bad at your back !)
The SC members sticked a plain white paper on our back once we got into hall. Then they played a video about "Youth Alpha". I feel like joining it but....ughh ! I already have no time to rest what more for that :( Actually I wanted to join so many clubs like Dancing Club (which was the first club popped into my mind) , Badminton Club (i was badminton club's captain last time okay! :P) , etc... But ended up with only one Science Club :(

Okay let's back to the topic.
So they played a game which we went around in the hall and write something abt a person on his/her's back.

I wanted to know who wrote "look quiet at first but very noisy after that" & "quiet by the out but hyperactive gila inside" BUT NO ONE DARE TO ADMIT THE CRIME. HAHAHA.

At first I thought Andrew was the who wrote that but Andrew told me he wrote the "Kiss Me (with a sexy lips)" *lmao
ah well , actually it was kinda true though. People who know me splendidly will know that I'll be like damn quiet and shy to one who I just get to know with. But after chatting few times then I will be like the second person *laughing evilly* - Hyper, talkative, NOISY, annoying sometimes :P
Besides, I am kinda passive. I won't be the one who say "Hi" / "Bye" first. Have no reason why .__. But sometimes I will, it depends :)

Thursday - Interesting Malaysian Studies lesson, Water Splashing Day
HOW CAN MALAYSIAN STUDIES INTERESTING ? Well maybe the lecturer is good in lecturing. And I get nominated by some people to be in the POLICE FORCE. I really SMACKED MY HEAD when I heard my name was being called. Well, I might be disappointing you guys 'cause I don't know how to shoot tear gas :( (Y)

YESSSSHHH it was the intake-nary event which is like a tradition to have water war with the students for each intake. At first I really don't want to go :( I dont want to be a wet chicken, ~~FUGLY~~ :( And then I got to know that attendance will be taken (which they didnt take attendance actually) so I just gooooo.

They were throwing water-filled balloons from up there to us (at car park). What even worse was they'd actually take us as flowers, used a pipe to splash the water over us like what my maid did to the flowers every afternoon in the garden. HAHAHA.

MCKL Rocks In Every Way

It was the Julies' Orientation Day on last Monday and Tuesday. It brings back lotsa memories like from the first day I stepped into this college with formal attire, registered, Ennie brought me up to auditrorium. ZOMG time really flies :'( I can't believe it's already July intake !

Thursday & Friday of the Orientation's week will be damn exciting days ever as usual as the Student Council has the fun way of making us to know each other well, as well as tighten the bonds among the new intake with the seniors. So they gonna set the attire which all of us are compulsory to dress ourselves like the way they demand for.

On last Thursday, I started seeing some people wearing pyjamas walking all over the college and I was like "NOO MAGGIE KOK YOU SHOULDNT LAUGH AT THEM. NO. DON'T LAUGH!!" But can you actually imagine that.... ..... .... HAHAHA !

LOLOL ! And then the next day when I stepped into the college, I was like ZOMG AM I IN A SECONDARY SCHOOL ? The Julies were all in secondary school's UNIFORM ! *roflmao*
Well, it was kinda FUN seeing how the seniors prank the newbie in MCKL !

So what did the Marchies got when we first new to MCKL ? Haha. The seniors asked us to wear any shirt with a cartoon on it. Ahhh that was easy so I just wear my Spongebob's Tee.

From the minute I posting such harsh comment I knew I'm definitely gonna look stupid in public for fighting with her just because of a photo. YES but I don't care. Trying to find excuses like the photo is cute, funny, you don't know I will be so mad in the first place and so on so forth ? *spit!* And acting innocent after that like "may i know why're you so angry?" and here was the point where the fire started to ignite. 2nd of July is a big day, for my sis Nicola, and all of us indeed ❥❥❥ :D After waiting from expected day which was two weeks ago, my lovely niece finally came to this world ! Nyehehehe !
You know it's super high-tech world, it was like she gave birth this morning and within hour my brother-in-law MMS me the photo, then I showed my parents, my aunt and my brother even uploaded it to FB. Was like, 21st century...COOL ! :D

First Sem's Exam was OVER !

HELLO PEOPLE. Finally......first sem's exam is OVER ! WuHoo !

And my Physics lecturer Mr Tee, much EFFICIENT, he gave us back our Physics paper right after our last paper. BOOM ! DEAD !

Luckily my result wasnt too bad, uhm, I mean, at least it showed some improvement :) I am just not that happy that I couldnt get an A for it, almost, almost A. I was trying my best to seek for the two marks but I can't. I can't deny that I did a lot careless mistakes, well, 1 and a half hour is not enough for me to double-check my paper :/ I've to do more practices.

There's always something good after something bad or vice versa. I screwed up my Chemistry paper. :'( Fml I got a C+ for that. I used to score better in Chemistry but not Physics during secondary school time but now thing turns upside down. I really don't know what the heck Chemistry is all about. I can't get into Chemistry's world. If I would have a chance, I will drop Chemistry, I swear. I've no choice though :(

No matter Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry, Nutritionist or whatever science-related courses that I'm going to pursue after A-lvls, CHEMISTRY is a compulsory subject. Hmmmm, it's alright. I went to library to borrow two Chemistry reference books after the lesson. I MUST STUDY HARD !

Goddddd Parents Lecturer Conference is comingggggggggg ! :( I hope I could get an A for Maths and Biology, otherwise my progress book will be damn fugly :'( !!! *fingers crossed* I swear I put a lot effort on BIOLOGY because I ♥ Biology. Yet, Biology doesnt seem to love me all the while, maybe a bit, that was the reason why I got an A- for Bio in my SPM. You see! Not even an A. LOL. I hope that Bio will notice me one day, and fall for me :D

Climax of the ceremony : Ennie saw the hot guy who she used to stalked with Eileen in Kasturi. She bumped into him for four times, she said "It's FATE !".

I was late, as usual. And I couldn't find the place. I called Ennie to ask her which floor should I go, without hearing that the voice of the one who was answering the call wasn't the voice of Ennie...And I didnt even care about that and kept asking WHERE'S THE PLACE WHERE'S THE PLACE WHICH FLOOR WHICH FLOOR ?!! Then the person who was answering the call said : 'Who's there ? Chee Enn izzit ?"
I stunned.
I pressed
immediately without apologizing to her.

Then I realized that I called the wrong person, I called Ennie's mom instead. I am sorry auntie, if and only if you see this post. Odd thing like this NEVER happened on me before so I didnt know how to respond to you at that awkward moment. So embarrassing ._____. Actually it wasnt my fault, HTC's fault ! I was searching Ennie in my contact list and I saw Ennie's picture so I just pressed it.

Then I called Ennie. She told me the ceremony was on second floor. So I took the elevator up to second floor, I stepped out of the elevator, GASPED, ran into the elevator, and went down to ground floor again. Because....once I stepped out of the elevator it is a restaurant where everyone was having their meal. I called Ennie again to confirm was that on 2nd floor, she said YES. So I just... ... ...

You know, it's a hotel, and a girl like me doing this at public, people would probably think that I WAS SO CHILDISH PLAYING WITH THE ELEVATOR. But, I'm just so innocent :(

So I was the 130th person to be called out to shake hand with Mr How and get my award from him :) Then we sat in front of the stage and took a photo. Don't forget to spot me in Kasturi's calendar 2012. LOL. Nahhh, just saying, because I knew all the head will be damn tiny in the calendar since there were so many high achievers.

Oh ya, went to consult Skin Specialist last Saturday 'cause of the unknown marks on my thigh.

Reached the clinic at around 9am and there were already many patients in the clinic. One thing I would like to complain about was the clinic states that the working hour start at 9am and yet the doctor came at 10am. wtf. So unprofessional by keep the patients waiting like that. And what now ? I am gonna open a Skin Specialist Clinic RIGHT BESIDE YOUR CLINIC in the future. WATCH OUT ! lol.

Guess what the doctor said about the marks on my thigh ? He said it's stretch mark.

“When you're growing taller, your skin get stretched beyond the limitation, it will leaves these stretch marks on your thigh."
...
"But I didnt grow taller also... ... ..."

I guess he couldnt hear what I said.
Well, I think that the stretch marks are there not because of I've grown taller, but I've gained some fats on my thigh, and my thigh "EXPAND" beyond limitation until the stretch marks appear.

Conclusion : Use this soap when you bath, apply this skin cream on the stretch marks 3times a day, take this Vitamin C twice a day.

Community Service at National Zoo

Went to National Zoo on 8th & 13th of June with Irene, Andrew, Lili Huan, Jenn Wing and Michelle to do community service.

8th of June
Woke up at 6am. Putted on my so called sport attire - Olympic Day Run's shirt with SMKPP's track bottom. Brought a cute lil bag
(kidding!) and headed to Pandan Jaya station to meet up with Andrew & Lili.

Things in my cute lil bag : Sunblocks, sanitizer, 2 handkerchiefs, umbrella, 2 packs of tissue, wet tissue, community service card, bottle... I thought that I was kinda circumspect and considerate and won't left out any important stuff until Andrew & Lili told me that they brought extra shirt to change after sweating all day... ... ... BOOOOM ! I felt like falling from the sky to Spongebob's world (undersea). Okayyy forget about that.

The Supervisor Edwina separated Irene & I with Andrew & Lili. So Irene & I followed a Malay, then we saw some deers and kangaroos ! The Malay gave us some breads to feed them. I felt relieve at that moment as I thought feeding these cute animals ... CEH ! Sucha easy job. Until we walked into a place where a signboard "No Entry" was put on the gate, turned into a road to another gate... ...
The Malay girl assigned us to put our bags in a room, put on boots, get a broom and follow the zookeeper. When the zookeeper open the cage, asking us to go into the cage with our broom, I had a bad feeling. I bent down my body, walked into the dark cage while holding my breathe... I SAW A DARK BEAR STARING AT ME.
We started to sweep the dry leafs. Done. Out of the cage. Headed to another cage. Went in. Swept. Out of the cage.

Can you imagine, there are around 12 cages, and we cleaned it, ONE BY ONE ? By bending our body into the small, dark, smelly cages! And I still have to endure the itchiness of the mosquitoes' kisses. :'(

I kept on telling Irene : One day, if I've became one part of the government, I, definitely, will spend the money to develop the zoo instead of develop the city with shopping malls and so on so forth.

After cleaning the last cage, I thought that the dirtiest job was DONE ! But the zookeeper opened the cage again, NOW, he assigned us to clean the leftover foods by the bears. AHHHHHHH FML ! ME SO WANNA FAINT AT THAT MOMENT ! Luckily Irene could do it, she asked me to stand outside the cage and let her do that. Awwwww :'((( SHE THE SUPERWOMAN. 10am ! BREAK TIME ! Washed my hands and legs, used sanitizers, went to canteen, I didnt even have appetite to eat, not a single bit !

Then I told Irene : If one day, I've became one part of the government, I, will definitely close up this zoo !
After few mins... ...
Me : In the future, I AM NOT GONNA BRING MY KIDS HERE. Even if they insist, I will ask them to sign up for zoo volunteer.
She : In the future, I AM NOT GONNA BRING MY KIDS HERE, TOO ! If the insist, I'll bring them to Singapore's National Zoo.
Me : YA RIGHT !!!

Finally, 2hours lunch time ! Meet up with Andrew & Lili. They were in the porcupines' section. What they've done was just feeding the porcupines and TOOK PHOTOS among themselves. UNFAIR ! Guys should be doing what Irene & I did and we should be doing what Andrew & Lili did. Irene and I consoled ourselves by saying maybe Edwina see both of them so ladylike and not-so-muscular type so let them do the porcupine's section :((

After having meal, we walked around the zoo. I saw PENGUINS, rabbits, donkeys, puma, etc... They're cute :) Time's up. Back to our own section. The Malay girl was lost, and the zookeeper was lost too. I fell asleep in the room. When I woke up, they were still not back yet. So we walked out and watched the bears.

13th of June
Went to zoo by Jenn Wing's car. I gotta separate with Irene this time as I was doing half day. Jenn Wing, Mich & I were in one group. The Indian guy assigned Jenn Wing & I to clean Elephants' section whereas Mich to Giraffes' section. Once I stepped into elephants' world, I saw their faeces, HUGE like Andrew's head ( This was how I describe to Andrew after that). HAHAHAHA !

So we swept the dry leafs. Jenn Wing is kinda treacherous. He asked me to sweep the leafs bit by bit. So that the zookeepers wouldn't assign us to do any other thing like clear the shit .___.
After finished sweeping the place, the zookeepers didnt assign us to do anything. So we just stood there like a wood. And I watched the way the zookeeper bathed the elephants with jaw-dropped expression. I didn't know that elephants are actually so freaking OBEDIENT ! When the zookeeper said LEFT HAND, the elephant will shift up its heavy leg up and let him to wash. ZOMG.

Went for a movie named Insidious with Ennie at Pavillion yesterday. I don't know why Leisure Mall & Times Square are not showing this movie until we have to go to Pavillion to watch it. We walked to Pavillion from Bukit Bintang monorail station. As you know the weather nowadays is killing, the Sun is not the Sun. Sweat dripping off the body like taking shower and my feet kept complaining but I insisted. The reason why I insisted to watch it most probably is b'cause... ... Well, I don't know what to say but......CURIOSITY KILLS. Look at the status being updated recently by others... ...
Well well well, I'm impatient, I can't wait. I grabbed Ennie to watch with me right after my extra class yesterday. Thought that Pavillion is sucha high class place but the people sitting around us in the cinema were damn ANNOYING and IRRITATING.

They'll definitely add some vulgar in each sentence they said.
They kept kicking our seat.
They spoke so loud throughout the whole movie.
They teased the movie "CHEH LIKE THAT ONLY MA LET ME BE THE ACTRESS I CAN DO BETTER LA" but in the end they said : "OMFG IT WAS SO SCARY WHAT KIND OF MOVIE IS THIS".
They laughed when they shouldn't 'cause they turned the fearful mode of the audience into unfearful mode.

If I had a box of popcorn in my hand, I will make sure they look like Popcorn Head.
Okie forget about that. Insidious is a movie about a family looks to prevent evil spirits from trapping their comatose child in a realm called The Further. Ennie and I sticked together so tightly throughout the whole movie. We covered our ears with sweaty palms and trembled. After the movie, when I stood up, I couldnt even stand up straight and walk. I can't control my legs. I felt like my legs have no bone. Goshh I swear this was the first time I watched horror movie until I 脚软 D:

On the way back, I tried to snap some photo in the car. What if I can snap something extra as like what in the movie then I can be famous. lolol.
Things I bought today :

A dress.

A hairband.

Sandals.

I did not plan to spend so much but... ... ...nice things with reasonable price just make me can't take my eyes off them, then I take, I think, I try, I pay, I smile. I'm not a shopaholic though. Life's like that. Sometimes we have to love ourselves, once in a while, not quite over right ? HeeHeeHee :)

Oh another thing, Imma going to get my P license in two days time. I JUST PASSED MY DRIVING TEST TODAY ! I can't wait to drive my baby blue i10 :DDDDDD

Wuhoo people ! Finally........SEMESTER BREAK ! As the Chinese saying goes, I've been waiting this until my neck get longer and longer. So now... ...
I am so gonna do a schedule for this holidays as I don't want to waste my semester break JUST LIKE THAT. I've a draft for my schedule in my mind already. As Monday & Tuesday I will be having extra classes for Maths, so Wednesday is the real starting of my hols :D I am gonna sleep for ten hours, slack for the whole day, play with my hamster and etc. LOL.

Next, I would wanna tidy up my messy room. As like what I've said, my college's life is really busy, fully-packed with assignments (expecially Maths!), extra classes, monthly tests, presentations, debate (just ended not long). So, no doubt, my study table is messy, horribly messy. Something like that O__O !
Then, my closet ! I've bought many new clothes, shoes, bags for my college. I have no time to arrange and categorize them nicely like what I did last time. So, the situation is something like that... ...
It has become a constant source of headache for me to choose what to wear to my college everyday. I remember Eileen has advised me to buy more different long pants else I'll be wearing the same pants every day. Fyi, my college doesn't allow us to wear short pants / skirts (some still insist to wear though), but since I'm the scholarship holder of the college, so I decided to be a good student - wearing long pants to college EVERYDAY. It isn't so bad actually. Think optimistically, I can have fair legs. *rofl*

My favourite period is Biology Lab ! Oh I love to do Biology experiments, and of course, Biology reports. Haha. I've no idea why I just love to type out everything using MicrosoftWords, then, PRINT instead of writing it on a fullscaps paper. Heh ♥ Maybe the main reason is like what Ms Charmaine said : I know you guys love to copy-and-paste. But of course I still have to edit it. At least it's not so troublesome like when you're writing on a paper, OH WRONG, then liquid paper, wait it dries, then continue :P

Let me show you the last experiment I did for Biology before the semester break. It's about "immobilized enzyme" - a very cute yet tough-to-get-the-actual-result experiment.

First we get 8cm³ of sticky fluid named sodium alginate solution and mixed with amylase, then transferred into a plastic syringe. The mixture will drop into a beaker of calcium chloride and form BEADS slowly! It's kinda COOL :D

The beads are then use to react with starch and tested with iodine solution. Crap. I shouldn't type out the whole procedure, should I ? Haha.

Fyi, I've invented a new term when I was using BM to chat with Enn. KKK instead of LOL which KKK stands for ketawa kuat kuat. KKK !

As for Chemistry lab work, we did Flame Test On Compounds of Groups 1 & 2.
When I was doing the barium chloride with concentrated HCL, I watched the results with jaw-dropped expression and screaming all the way keep dipping the wire and burn it, keep doing keep doing though the precautions stated that barium chloride is TOXIC , but I don't care :P

Hello people. It has been a while... ...which my "a while" stands for 2 months. Ohhh I thought college life is very relaxing and I can have fun every day, yet college life is actually uneasy. Or should I describe it in a more specific way ? Taking A levels is uneasy especially with heavy PURE Science subjects. Anyway I enjoy it very much as it's a new chapter of my life which is full of challenges, and this determine whether will my dream come true or not so I will put more effort no matter how. HeeHee.

Anyway, last Friday was kinda saddening as our classmate Cynthia is leaving to UCSI to further her study in Foundation in Science and continue with Pharmacy. Fyi, she got JPA scholarships. So we made a surprise farewell party for her :D

After Chemistry class, we really pretend like we were going back home but we gathered at cafeteria after 10minutes time.

Cynthia always get the highest mark in Biology test. I still remember she lost ONLY 1 mark in the first test which Ms Charmaine gave us without informing us. Then, she got 93% in the first monthly test. Yea, she is smart and awesome, and that's the reason she got scholarship! :D
